Well, i still want a something like a 30" monitor in the middle, with a pair of smaller 4/3 1600x1200 on each side, oriented vertically. That would be a perfekt match.
1200+2560+1200 x 1600 Right now i run a 22" Dell 1680x1050 as the vertical side monitor and it works dandy with production. But you would need a symmetrical sollution for most games. |

So check my math.
1920*1200*32(bitcolor)*4(anti-aliasing)*2(doublebuffered)*6(displays) = 442MB total frame buffer space (and 13.8 megapixels) Not sure if all my assumptions are right or not with regards to how antialiasing stores each sample or whatnot. |

Too bad you can't plug this into six iPods and make an (almost) normal-sized screen.
(Hey, I didn't say it was practical.) |

I'm interested in eyefinity that allows for different resolution displays.
my current setup is a 3008 WFP with a pair of U2410s turned vertically on either side. even if i only got 1200x1600 on either one to make a uniform 1600 pixel height for a total of 4360 x 1600 that would be pretty cool. |

Jordan, in the RSS podcast feed, the wrong episode mp3 download is linked (59 instead of 59.5).

...now I want one.
$1400 for monitors is a lot though - looking forward to seeing some pictures so I can visualize just how much screen real estate that gives you. |
